The card creation process
consists of three main steps.

● Step 1: Send your Artwork, Logos & Layout Description
Email or post to us your artwork, logos, backgrounds etc. with a brief description on how you would like your cards to be designed.
Choose from a range of layouts from our card samples page or feel free to send your own design. Alternatively, allow us to custom design a portrait or landscape layout design to suit your needs.
Quality and format: To achieve a superior quality print, consider sending your artwork at a high resolution (300 dpi) in the following formats: PDF, JPG, BMP (Windows Bitmap), EPS, PSD (Photoshop), AI (illustrator). If you don't have your artwork at a high resolution you can email it and we can optimize it for better results.

● Step 2: Approve you Layout Design
Once your information is submitted we will custom design a sample card and email you a JPEG proof for your preview and approval. Hardcopy proofs are also available on bulk purchases conditions apply.
We will take the time to ensure that you get what you want by allowing you to make any revisions necessary to the card design before we print the final cards.
Once all necessary alterations have been made we will generate a final proof of your order for your review and approval.

● Step 3: Email Photos & Information
Send all remaining information such as photos, names, titles etc.
Photos: Can be emailed as attachments and must be saved as the persons Name / Surname. We also except passport photos or you may wish to save your photos to a CD and post us the disc.
Quality and format: Any digital camera of 1.0 Megapixel or higher will take great pictures for your ID cards. If you use a modern digital camera, take the pictures in a medium quality setting so that the files created won't exceed 1 MB in size.
Employee information: Information such as name, titles numbers etc. can be sent in a spreadsheet or a text document.

We Print your Cards
Upon receiving all information and written appproval of your design, we scan or import photos and logos electronically merging and storing each card layout design. Personnel data (signatures if selected) are entered to produce full colour tamper proof photo ID cards delivered to you promptly. (Turnaround time is approx 2-4 working days for small runs)
Privacy
All information gathered on the web site, phone or email will be only used to conduct business at your request. We don't send unsolicited email, sell or share information with other companies. All information collected (photos, names etc.) will only be used to produce ID badges at your request, it won't be used for any other sales or marketing purposes.
